Will draw:
Fanart, real people, animals, anime, light
gore, light nsfw/fetish art.

Won’t draw:
Nsfw depicting minors or extreme gore.
Mecha, weapons, architecture

*l am allowed to deny any work that I don’t
feel comfortable with!

Terms of service.

Availability:

I only take on limited commissions, so I
can deliver within a reasonable time frame.

Delivery:

All work can take up to 2 weeks to create
depending on the complexity or my own
schedule. I still work a 40-hour full-time job
so I’ll have to work on my commissions
around this.

Payment:

Payment will be through PayPal or [for my
fellow Dutchies] through Ideal.

No, I don’t have other options!!!

Process:

When we come to an agreement on your
commission, I will start on the sketch.
Once this is finished, I will run this by you for
any changes or additions. If you agree
to this sketch, I will ask for the payment
[in full, due to PayPal fees]. I will keep you
updated on the progress, but at this point, I
cannot make any major changes!

After the commission is finished, I will send
you the full high-quality image to your
email [or any other preferred method].

Art trade:
I’m open to art trades with fellow artists!

Rights of Usage

Rights of Usage, as the Creator:

I will retain full ownership and copyright of
the final piece.

I may use your commission in my personal
portfolio

I can post your commission on my social
media.

*If you would like the commission to
remain totally private, please let me know.

You, as the Commissioner:

You can share the work on your own 

social media pages. Please credit or link it to my page.

You can use the piece as a profile picture,
avatars, emotes, wallpapers, etc.

You are allowed print out the image for
personal use.

You’re not allowed to claim it as your own
creation.

You can not use the piece for commercial
purposes.

It may not be sold, reproduced, or used in
any way to garner profit. This includes
advertisements, merchandising, NFTs, etc.

*If you want me to create something for
profit uses, please inform me and we
might come to an agreement.

By ordering a commission, the
commissioner agrees to all the above
terms.

*I reserve the right to refuse a commission
for any reason.*
